Is Terrace down?

The Status page checks Terrace's server and says when its results were last updated, and lists any known issues.

Still stuck?

Email hello@ontheterrace.app and describe what happened, including your iPhone model and iOS version if it's a bug — that's usually enough to track down most issues.

Response time

Terrace is an independent, one-person project, so replies may take a few days rather than being instant.
